Нашла случайно обращение админа на ХМ, тут никто не выложил, вдруг кому-то будет интересна причина закрытия проекта:

It is with much regret that we inform that despite all our best efforts, we have not been able to save the project.
As we explained yesterday, Namecheap completely blocked our domain and hosting access, so we cannot access the platform's files and database (user accounts, active deposits, withdrawal history, etc.) and of course, without that information it is absolutely impossible to continue. While it is true that our site is redirected through Cloudflare to protect it against potential DDOS attacks, all our files are on the hosting that Namecheap controls, and without their approval we have no way to access them because they have blocked even the access to Cpanel and the mail server (admin@xilos.live).
As soon as we found out that the site was taken down by Namecheap and that, after many attempts with support, it was clear to us that we would not be able to access it again, our immediate intention was to acquire a new domain and hosting service and migrate the database there (which is a rather complex process in itself, but can be accomplished with some minor errors), but as we explained above, if we cannot even access the database of the platform that is something completely impossible to do and there is nothing we can do about it at this point.
We absolutely want to make it clear that this was something really unexpected for us and totally out of our control because we had no intention of voluntarily was to end the platform at this stage, as we were just achieving the always difficult stability of the project by having a solid user base to keep reinvesting and economically sustaining the platform, which is an essential element to successfully develop a project that will be maintained in the long term. In the last few days we were even working with our programmer to develop an original template that we were planning to implement during the week in order to make the project more visually appealing and give it a more professional look.
We are very sorry for those who entered at the end and lost money, which unfortunately always happens when a project dies early, but we want to remind you that most of them won with our platform, since those who entered at the beginning and always kept active deposits had already reached between 70% and 80% net profit or more (not counting the refbacks paid by the monitors) in the 80 days or so that the project was online and we always paid them instantly and without any problems.
Thanks to all users for the trust placed in us and also to blogs and monitors for being prudent and giving us the necessary time and space to try to save the platform. To all but one, whose services leave much to be desired and put our project immediately in trouble, something absolutely unnecessary because the site was no longer even online, and did all the time everything possible to stop investing and not fulfill his commitment to us, despite how much he had already withdrawn.
To project developers, don't use Namecheap because they will definitely take your site down at any moment, especially when the project grows, traffic increases and it starts to get attention.
We have added in this channel a series of screenshots about everything that happened to show that we are telling the truth and that we are not a group of scammers trying to find an absurd excuse to run away with the users' money or something like that.
